As a sports league, we create the right meet conditions for development, and provide all the right tools including FAT timing, blocks and youth implements, and experienced officials. Coaches are permitted centerfield during competition to help correct and reinforce form, techniques and methods, in real time.

Development

Each outdoor season, we host a series of developmental meets that includes #trials, a milestone #challenge, an event clinic, and a little #relaymadness to break up the #grind. Athletes who set a personal record during a meet can help themselves to a PR button, recognizing those micro-wins. And, the top 3 finishers in every event, earns a gold, silver or bronze medal.

At season's end, during the Spring League Championship meet, we recognize individual and club accomplishments. Learn more about the awards and scoring here.

Community

Proudly community-minded, we host free educational events like event clinics, skill challenges, and sports-bra fittings. We sponsor athletes who compete in under-represented events like pole vault and combined events. And, we support local teams who need an assist with uniforms and implements.
